Q: small white bumps on skin by penis head

I have these things on my penis. They're white and very small but many on one spot and i have few groups of them on my penis' skin, but only on the part of the skin that is in contact with my head. ( my skin hasnt been cut or anything ). i looked up pics of genital herpes but mine doesnt look like the ones i saw mine are white and very small and they're only on the skin thats in contact with my head. PLZ help im scared

looks like genital warts. go to the dr to get it checked out

also it doesnt hurt or scratch i dont feel its there but i dont like it when i see it

Genital warts can appear on the penis, scrotum, groin, or thigh. they can be raised or flat, small or large. Sometimes they're clustered together in a cauliflower-like shape. Most of the time, they're flesh-colored and painless.
Go to the doctor cos thats wat it sounds like
