Hi everyone

I'm Janelle Very Happy just joined this great forum and hoping for some help / advice. I have a bulging disc at L5 /S1, getting cortizone shots for it but they are only holding a couple of days. I also have very bad Coccygodynia, my main problem apart from the unreal pain in my back is that i have a tingling and extremely painful feeling in my ummmm bottom hole, just inside Embarassed

Would anyone be able to tell me what it could be caused from and possible treatments. I can't walk sit, or just about move without it trigging off.

Many thanks to you all for listening to me ramble Laughing

Warmest Wishes
Janelle

Hello Jellie,

Welcome to this forum and the great people who post and try to help others.

Jellie, from what you have described in your post, in my opinion you need to seek the advice of a neurologist/spinal surgeon, and without delay.

Look for the best spinal doctor that you can find. Make an appointment to see the two doctors at the top of your list. It is always a good idea to have a 2nd opinion.

I hope you have told your current doctor of your situation at this time. He/she really needs to know what you have told us.

AND do make an appointment with a neurologist/spinal surgeon.

My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Hi Rich

Thank you so much for getting back to me, sorry i haven't replied sooner. i'm currently seeing a muscoskeletal doctor and getting cortisone shots and accupunture but it's only lasting a few days, as soon as I do the smallest thing my back starts aching etc.

i'll see my Doctor and suggest what you were saying, thank you for that Very Happy and thank you so much for your concern and your prayers, that's lovely Embarassed

Warmest Wishes
Janelle
