Well obviously I am not 47, but I do know some women personally who have conceived naturally at that age. All had quite a few children tho. Having more children earlier on increases your chances of having more later on in life.

You should probably talk to a specialist to see what your chances are. It is a little dangerous to conceive at this stage (more for the baby) and you will probably need some sort of hormonal supplement....of course not all women do. Some women have already started peri-menopause at this stage and will never have the right hormone levels to conceive at this age, and some may not have any eggs left. Everyone is different.
