High BP x's 20yrs, now low blood sodium levels Posted: 02-24-08 00:37am
I've had too many Dx's in the past 10yrs
for my multiple symptoms. I'm with the
best Doc I've had yet, but now he's even
confused...he said he's never thought
about another pt's symptoms as much as
mine. I'm sorry about the length of this
but you really need my whole med hx:
I'm 37, male, high bp x's 20yrs,
hypertension, tachycardia, high chol and
tryglicerides, 6mo ago Dx w/stage 2 Kidney
Dz...now back to stage 1, low blood
sodium, high urine sodium and protein
levels----but my sodium and kidney levels
go up and down week to week and my regular
Doc and Kidney Doc are so confused by the
varying levels that they are sending me to
a lung specialist now. I cough all the
time, I'm always tired, weak, dizzy,
heartburn, daily headaches, nausea all the
time, extreme nausea frequent involuntary
vomitting after eating lunch, swollen eyes
ankles (painful) and feet, and confusion,
concentration, memory probs, focusing
problems. AND my BP has been plummitting
when taken after I lay down ( diastolic in
the 50's ). PLEASE HELP ME...MY DOCTORS
HAVE CHECKED ALL THE USUAL DZ'S AND ARE
STARTING TO LOOK AT THE RARE ONES---CAN
YOU PLEASE HELP US LOOK IN THE RIGHT
DIRECTION?
