Q: itchy red pimples on scrotum and penis

I am an 18 year old boy who never had oral sex neither any intercourse.since last week i started getting itchy pimples on my penis and scrotum.i have more on my scrotum.they itch very often.and when i itch it it bicomes big and again comes back to its real form after sometime.i feel very frustating with this.can u please help me.
