diabetic with swollen lymph node Posted: 02-23-08 15:37pm
Hi there...My 28 y/o husband who is a
diabetic sees his doc every 6 months for
bloodwork and a physical.
His blood work from 6 mts ago was great as
well as his physical. He had his bloodwork
done for his most recent visit which was
this past week and the blood work was doen
the end of January. It was great again
although his doc found a lump in his neck.
We visitied his regular doc who said it
was a swollen lymph node. He did blood
work which again came back great.
He is sched for a CT scan next week. He
has no cancer in his family.
Should we be worried about cancer?? He has
no other symptoms and is in great health

Is this lump painful or painless?
Where exactly is the lump located?
What other symptoms are also present?
