i have pcos and my periods are very
irregular (7,8,9) weeks. after much
research i decided to try agnus castus
tablets 3 months ago. ive taken them twice
daily every day and now my periods are
regular, every month-5 weeks which is a
vast improvement. agnus castus is said to
balance hormones and make u ovulate so
before u try the medication root try
something herbal first.
