About a year ago had a little trouble passing water and then noticed a small pea sized lump on my right groin a swollen gland. I went to the doctors and got referred to the hospital and after about 8 months was discharged as I had no symptoms and the lump was still the same size.

However recently I noticed I had caught genital warts not sure how long i have had these for and started to get some treatment for them. Then yesterday i noticed that the lump on my right side is slightly bigger and I also now have a smaller one on my left side. I have also had trouble sleeping for about 4 weeks now.

I am going to ring my doctor on Monday and see him but was after a little advice really as what people might think it could be.

Is a year a long time for this to be here??? Or is that a sign that it might not be anything serious??? I am going to the gym regularly and putting on muscle and if I don't go the gym I put on weight I have plenty of energy. I don’t feel poorly just tired now and again if I have a bad nights sleep but 2 nights ago I had a good nights sleep and felt really well al that day.

Cheers
