I am 60 years old and haven't had a period in 10 years. I usually have no vaginal discharge but for the past few days have had a slight pale discharge with no smell or discoloration. Also have slight ache in my pelvis, and a feeling of pressure or fullness. This is helped by urinating for a while, then it seems that within an hour I need to go again. No burning sensation while urinating. This is more uncomfortable than pain, but would like to know if I need to see a Doctor or just drink more cranberry juice.
