Q: I Am Sick. Any Remedies?

Does anyone have some good home remedies? I have a chest cold with nausea. I feel like poo. I took some airborne earlier and some echinacia (sp?) but that really didn't do much. Any advice would be appreciated.

try taking ginger for the upset stomach, that is really good at settling it.

Lemon tea with honey for your cough. It might be too late for airborne, now that you are sick.

For your tummy troubles, you might try some 7-up or Sprite.

Bundle up and get some rest!

You could also eat some good ol' chicken noodle soup. That always seems to make me feel better.

I had some white rice to settle me down a bit. It helped but now I am back to the icky tummy. I think I am going to try and sleep it off. I have to be at work at 7 tomorrow morning.
