When I become erect, my foreskin comes way down and if my partner decides to play with my penis and she moves the foreskin up and down with her hands, the foreskin can become caught under the head of my penis causing much pain. What can i do to fix this? I think i have paraphimosis. Is there anything i can do to treat this?

thanks

Try using a water based lubricant. If you use it enough, it can help the foreskin stretch enough to move easily. If you try this and the problem persists, see a doctor.
