Hello,

About 3 weeks ago I had a cold & ear infection, after a course of antibiotics ear cleared, but left side of my sinyses is still blocked, I really can’t breath through my left nostril.
A week ago I had a lot of stress – new job daily taking care of my mother who is a cancer patient, and I was sleep deprive on a daily basis for about another week.
I started to feel noshes and had some dizzy spells, my blood pressure went up to 195/106, but my temperature went down to 35.8C. I also received test results, my cholesterol level is 6.85 (LDL chol. Is 5.19), my heart rate is only 47 bpm.
Is all this mess is two separate problems – infection and stress, or there is a totally different issue underneath?
Thanking in advance!

Have you used an over-the-counter nasal decongestant before this happened?
