I used to be a pitcher back in highschool. Me sophmore year, my elbow started hurting, so I started taking pain pills every game to kill the pain (STUPID). Well know I am 20 years old, and my elbow hurts constantly, sometimes its hard to sleep at knight, or do simple tasks. I saw a doctor, and he told me that a normal person would not have tommy john surgery because of the recover time. So he gave me a shot of steroid, and a deadiner to kill the pain. Four months later and my elbow is back to throbing. Does anyone know of a doctor for this, or anything I can do to ease the constant pain?

I have the same pain, got it from changing the coil springs on my pick up truck, 14 hours straight of ratcheting tough bolts. I felt a sharp pain, but thought I just hit myself or something, but 3 months later and it still hurts, tennis elbow, seems to common and goes away fairly quickly, but this STILL hurts, so we might be in the same boat with the UCL. I'm 29 btw.
