Well I'll try to keep this as short as possible.

Last night I was having sex with my girlfriend of 6 years(sexually active since the start). We decided to do it doggy style for the first time and well I put it in and there was an uncomfortable feeling at the front of my penis but I thought it might have been the foreskin folded wrong or something. Anyway, I continued and then had a sharp stinging pain at the same part as the uncomfortable feeling was but just as soon as the pain had came, it had gone again so we continued for a few minutes.

I then pulled out for a second and everything was covered in blood, there was lot's, all over her, me, the floor, most amount of blood I have lost. We cleaned up and her prognosis was that her period had came early but while I was cleaning I felt a bit stinging in the aforementioned area of the penis. When it was limp I checked to see if anything was bleeding and it wasn't, not even any pain. But I got hard again later that night and some bleeding happened again.

I haven't been erect since to have a proper check (part of me doesn't want to incase of pain, but from what I have read I presume I have ripped or torn the Frenulum and the bleeding is from the blood flow when I was erect.

I really just want some advice, I don't really want to see a doctor at this moment as I am very-self concious(not that I have a small penis, it's over average). How long do I let it heal for and how long before I am advised before having sex or my partner beating me off?
