I have had M.E and am only now recovering. I am 20 years old and because I moved to uni with the M.E I have not socialized much and have gone for a long time with no friends. so have lost confidence in this area. I now find it quite hard to make friends, as am not very confident anymore. Instead of being able to make friends, I find myself doubting my ability to when I am with new people.

Is there anything I can do about this? Any websites which may help? Any book?

Thanks
Jonny
