If we were having an ehealth party, I would bring a batch of these scottish shortbread cookies I am 'famous' for. All butter, flour and oatmeal.

I would also bring confetti.

WHAT would you bring? Wink

my new favorite thing to make is lasagna, so i'll bring that too.

mel, i'd like to know more about your spinach pies! i make a greek spinach pie (the recipe is in the sticky), but it's not really "pie".

I make a mean pepperoni pie that I'm famous with my friends for. Wink And it's nice and easy!

Oh - and I'd bring some Stovetop stuffing because although I *thought* it was too early for cravings just yet, I can't live without it these days! Razz

I added it to the recipe thread. Here it is!

My spinach non-pie!

-bag of spinache
-bag of pepeeroni
-can of finely cut olives
-your favorite cheese (I use provalone or mozzarella)
-loaf of Bread
-sandwich maker(i'm sure you coulf grill it also but i've never tried)

Put all spinach in a pot in stove and cook well.

Cut up pepperoni into pieces.

pour olives, pepperoni and cheese into the spinache and stir.

use a spoon to add mixture to a piece of bread (not too much or it will spill out when you put it in the sandwich maker.

Place it in teh sandwhich maker and close it. Leave it in for about 2-3 minutes or until light brown/golden.
