I have wpw. The palpitation started at 6 years old. Medicated at 15. At 27 yrs old, I have the His bundle ablation. After that I remain in wpw pattern but not in syndrome. Then my medication withdrawal.

In 1987, I have a healthy baby girl by normal birth. Following in 1989, I have another healthy baby girl. This one was having a little trouble during pregnancy but Ok to keep up to full term by staying in the hospital for 3 months. It wasn't anything related to heart.

Check with your doctor for an OK. Did your cardiologist recommand an ablation? Are you on any medication?

WPW syndrome and pregnancy
All arrhythmias tend to be more common in pregnancy so if you become pregnant you may have more trouble with arrhythmias. This may be harmful to you and the baby. The best course of action would be to see a cardiologist and ideally have the problem treated by radiofrequency ablation BEFORE you become pregnant.
