Sometimes I feel like ...paranoid and can't breathe that well. But I can breathe... I just feel like I can't. Especially driving or in enclosed spaces (parking garages, etc.) I feel out of this world like i'm not connected to myself. I dont know what it is. Sometimes I just have to stop and focus... I'm not sure what it is...
