Sometimes I feel like ...paranoid and can't breathe that well.
But I can breathe... I just feel like I can't.
Especially driving or in enclosed spaces (parking garages, etc.)
I feel out of this world like i'm not connected to myself.
I dont know what it is. Sometimes I just have to stop and focus...
I'm not sure what it is...

Breathing paranoia and paranoid personality disorder.
my brother is going through same problem.. he keeps saying there's something wrong with his nose and doctors say his nose is fine... he now started being paranoid about ppl who look at him.. saying ppl are following him.. spying on his stuff.. we just admitted him to a helth centre so that he could get necessary help.
is there someone who had a family member in such condition and how did it work out? please help!!!
