So I went to the mall today and had a Wetzels Pretzel and a large blue raspberry slushie. It was soooo good. I got ice cream headache from drinking it too fast.

Now I must run 10 miles. Sad <--- but not really. It was worth it!

Wetzels has these pretzels that taste like butter. They are soo good.

Yes, pretzels are 'bad'. White flour, salt... nothing of any value.

I could have drank a gallon of that raspberry. BTW, why is raspberry flavored stuff always blue? Since when did raspberries turn blue?

Probably not that big of a deal, no. But after weeks and weeks of not eating sugar and processed food, I go off in a big way!

Sugar buzz!

It's not so much about what she ate today.......its about the fact that she has been working hard at exercising and eating well and now she sorta blew it today.

But its ok Ingi we're all here to help ya get back on the right track Wink

I could use a slushie right now. I love blue rasberry. I've got pretzels in the freezer.
But I've also got the stuff to make sunrise pizza's. Mmmmmmm. Maybe I'll do that instead of the Ingi inspired pretzel

i was never on the healthy wagon to fall off of it. i actually don't like sweets much. but when i do crave them i seriously indulge. i'm seriously a meat and veggie kind of gal for the most part. where i do have to watch myself is bread. Bread is seriously the most awesome food ever. Especially fresh out of the oven with tons and tons of butter.
