Q: Small growth with solid, smelly puss

I had a small lump above my chest that slowly got bigger until my husband used a sterile needle to bust it. It had solid smelly puss in it. We had bust the same growth about a year ago and it came back. Does anybody know what this is or if it is something I should be concerned about?
