Q: ECG showed inverted QRS complex

Recently I had an ECG taken, and it was found that my QRS complex is completely inverted. I'm a healthy, somewhat active 19 year old female with no previous health issues other than the occasional broken bone. What does this mean for me? Is it dangerous at all?
