A yeast infection is a common infection. Most of the time, women are able to get rid of them easily by using an over the counter cream, or taking whatever it is that their doctor prescribes. The symptoms of a vaginal yeast infection is itching,burning and cottage cheese like discharge. It's clumpy and white. I hope you never get one.
