Hello,
i am a 23 year old caucasian woman. I have long, naturally curly hair that is very thick. I wash it everyday and a lot of it falls out (more than normal). I also have a very dry scalp and hair. If anyone can recommend something to help my problem I would appreciate it...I have tried everything.

Thanks

Extremely eHealthy
Hair loss can occur as a result of stress which can also dry & damage your hair, consider that & your diet.

Stress, vitamin b's, sam-e, 5htp(tryptophan), meditation, relaxation, time out if you're overdoing things.

Diet, well you may be eating well but maybe either not foods that your system needs or not a wide enough variety.

Dry scalp/hair (i assume you've tried the usual shampoos, conditoners & conditioning treatments) you might try olive oil (it is horrid & you need to be careful what you wear while it is in your hair) but my dr says her grandmother used it all the time & so has she.

Otherwise see a dr about the possibility of an allergy (could even be airborn - but also food, drink, cleansers etc too) that may be causing the problem.

Hair Oil Massage!!
You could also massage hair oil on your scalp. I use amla hair oil.

Do put a towel on your pillow if you apply hair oil overnite. Wash it as usual and do not comb hair immediately after oiling or washing as then the hair roots are tender and that could be one of the reason of hair loss.

Happy massaging!!
