I AM 28 YO into my first pregnancy with 33 weeks of gestation. My BP which was normal so far (31 weeks) suddenly rose to 140/90. I hear that higher BP is harmful to the baby and to the mother, increasing the risk of premature delivery and possible caesarean section. How can I manage this condition. Doctor prescribed medication and also told me not go for the routine walking which i used do. thanks
