Taking Yaz at different times
Posted: 02-19-08 23:33pm

I have been on yaz now for about 2 months. Is it considered missing a pill if I take the it at different times every night, well most nights. For example, one night I took it at 10pm and the next at 11:30pm, and the time difference doesn't differ much more than that. Now I'm worried that I could be pregnant, although the last time me and my significant other had sex he didn't actually ejaculate in me. What are my chances of getting pregnant? When should I take a pregnancy test?

I'm sure you're fine. I've been on Yaz for almost 10 months now and I have skipped up to 4-6 pills and taken them all 4-6 at one time and had sex in that same time frame and surprisingly did not get pregnant. That's just one of the risks I've taken.

And now for some good advice.

Within a few hours is okay. Missing one completely by a day is okay. Missing two or more is NOT. You can't be pregnant, not likely at all!!! You don't need to test unless our consolence doesn't ease your fears Smile You have not actually taken any "late" pills!!
