Q: birth control and weight gain

Every website I have been to says that the pill will not make you gain weight. I say that is wrong! My girlfriend has been on the pill for a year and has gotten a lot of cellulite and gained 10 pounds without changing the way she eats or exercises. Am I crazy?

There are birthcontrols with side affects that make you gain and make you loose wieght. Read about the birthcontrol you are prescribed before just taking it, learn about it and know what you are putting in your system.

Also some woman simply gain weight due to hormonal changes, such as BC

Or she could just be getting older, it happens to the best of us. Wink

Of course, it could be the birth control. It can definitely do that.
