Hi Mary
Hi mary,
to answer your question I can't really but I have always heard not to try so hard and not to worry about it and when you least expect it it will happen. I know how you feel though I was married for 3years and never got pregnant and didn't think I could get pregnant I got married again and after about a year and half I got pregnant but in my 4 month I had a miscarriage which was very hurt ful and upsetting. Well I was so desperate for a baby of my own I tryed again 4 months later I was pregnant again well in the 5 month I had another miscarriage and I lost alot of blood almost died I had a transfusion and my body hasn't been right since, so I haven't really tried anymore to get pregnant because of this I am scared I will have another miscarriage or I will lose to much blood trying to have a baby I may die. So I can emphithise so much with your fears of not being able to have a baby. Maybe you should go see your gynocologist and get a pap and make sure he doesn't se any problems. I hope everything works out for you keep me informed. Michelle

Hi Mary!!
Good luck! I am 17 turning 18, living with my soon to be husband. We have not been trying long I just recently took off the patch. I now have to wait till i'm off of my period. Not only that but my mother has been diagnosed with polysystic ovaries. I have read so many of these "i want a baby" forums and all of them talk of it taking years and months. I'm so distraught. I thought I would have better luck at a young age, but who knows. All my friends say that my husband and I just have to be like rabbits, keep tying. I wish you the best of luck.

I personally think that you should wait a while to have a baby. You have so much ahead of you. Babys are a big responsibilty. When I was 18 I too wanted a baby. I am so happy I waited though. Good luck!!

Like posted before...Try having sex everyday...Even on your period...If this doesn't work, you will have to look further.

Good luck,
