Q: non productive cough, shortness of breath

I have a 33 y/o caucassion male, tip top physical condition that presents with SOB, and non-productive cough. Neg Chx, Pos hx of URI times one year w/ recurring sx listed above. Sx provoced with meals esp. SOB.
Neg. Cyanosis, Dizziness. need help located in Baghdad so resources are limited.

Any wheezing with SOB? Has anyone auscultated your lungs to listen for abnormal lung sounds? Could be allergies. You need to see a doctor.

no wheezing, all lung fields are clear. sy/sx primarily during eating, neg xray. neg exidate. neg sinusitus, rhinorea associated with allergies. I'm all ears.
