I had a total hysterectomy not quite 2 weeks ago and now my face is a mess of little acne like bumps. What is going on and what can I do about it?

Sounds like it could be hormones. Are you taking hormones?

No hormones. The dr. felt that I was almost completely through menopause (age 54) and that I probably wasn't producing them anyway. He doesn't think it's connected. But why within a week or so after the hysterectomy would my face suddenly turn into this mess? I think I'm going to have to call a dermatologist because I can't go back to work looking like a teenager.
