I'm a teenager who has been suffering terrible pain and bleeding when I excrete from my anus. Its been happening a few weeks now. I don't eat badly, I (try to) regularly take vitamins and water. Its not like I stuff myself with junk - i eat plenty of fruit and veg.
I'm in pain, I don't know what it is and what to do. I'd be so embarrased to see a doctor.
Has anyone experienced this before? What have you done about it?

It's most likely that you are just constipated, which can happen to anyone even on a healthy diet. Try to incorporate more fiber into your diet by eating foods high in fiber and that should solve the problem.
