Q: clonus and babinski reflex on right on right side - MRI ?

Hi!
I'm a 37 y.o. White female. I recently went for an EMG due to ongoing muscle weakness on right side of body. The nerve conduction tests were good, but my reflexes were more sensitive on my right side than my left. I had clonus and babinski reflex on my right side. These findings, along with other symptoms (frequent bladder leakage, fatigue, vision changes) led her to say she believes I probably have MS.

If I have an MRI and it shows no lesions, can I assume it's ok? (I haven't had one yet). Or do I need to pursue other tests (I'd rather not)? Is there a specific kind of MRI I need?

I appreciate any help!
Thanks!
