Q: swollen uterus but negative hpt

I have taken hpt and they were all neg. But my doc took blood test today and I should know something tomorrow. Has anyone had the swollen uterus before. I feel like I am pregnant, and I have all of the signs of being pregnant. Does any one have any advise?
