I am currently on the pill. I take it at about the same time everyday (within an hour or so). My boyfriend and I have been having sex. I did not get my period and its time for me to start a new package of pills. Could I be pregnant? Should i start a new package of pills? Will it hurt anything if i do?

You can start your next pack but you should probably test first. No it won't hurt anything if you start your next pack. In fact you should start it on time if you test and are not pregnant. But if you are and didn't know it yet it won't hurt anything.
