Embarassed Oh Oh...I was afraid of this question! Embarassed I walk on my treadmill and do my weights, not like I should, but I do have a lot of exercise equipment that just gathers dust...the big ball, the rolling back thing, the free weights... Embarassed I guess i should get off this computer and go work out now...thanks!!! Mad

haha I have a mini stepper that I bought on my birthday (it being just after new years thought I might as well make the effort) and Ive used it once lol. I also have a fitness dvd that I've watched once and tried to dance along to but it's just so damn hard. I do have the hotpants workout video tho lol it's really good and quite easy, I just need to get motivated to do it everyday. I have no time for exercise at the minute. I do want to join an aerobics class though and there's a time when I could go, but no one else will and I'd rather not go alone.

I wasn't able to exercise while I was pregnant, so I'm just getting back to being able to do the minimum right now.

My stuff has been sitting around unused for quite a while but only time will tell if I'm too lazy to use them. I've got a yoga DVD that I hate ( I think it's embarrsssing to do it, especially infront of the kids ) and I have Pilates DVDs that I do like, but I don't use those much...my back needs to get much better before I try that again. I have a matt for that too.

I've got a recumbent bike too...and it seems to be ok, so I'll be using that for a while.

Oh yeah I do have a pair of 3lb weights that I don't use. I should get those out again.
