Bed, for you, right now! You have a flu or a strep throat or something but you should not be sitting at a pc. 37.8 is only a mild temp so you are not desperately ill - you do need to rest though, and sip warm water for that throat!

Hi Sweetie! Me Fairy*Godmother
Gargle using a solution of warm water and salt. This will help your sore throat. You can also snort the saline solution (salt water solution) just use 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon soda to an 8 oz glass of warm water. Pour a little in palm and alternate snorting this, will help your sinuses. Try eating chicken noodle soup or chicken broth. You need to stay hydrated, drinking lots of warm fluids will help you.Hope you feel better soon sweetie!
