Used to say you never know when God puts
an angel in front of you to test your
kindness.
We lived on a farm/ranch in Kansas which
had a railroad that crossed through it.
Many times, these homeless men riding the
railroads would come up to our kitchen
door and ask for food. It didn't matter
what my mother was doing, she would stop
and cook them a big meal. That is one of
the most wonderful things I remember about
her.
Good for you both. You are actually
living your faith through goodness to
others.
Please post my comments to the Marijuina
Debate Forum. Even here in California
where the law has been passed to have
clinics dispense marijuina for medicinal
use with a doctor's prescription, still
there is great resistance. As I have told
you before, think Orange County
Republicans.
The fact is, for the most part, people
believe they are invincible and will never
really get sick, let alone die. You would
think as someone gets older, reality would
set in.
How is it that there are so many
incredible herbs and plants on this planet
for healing? If God put them here, and
native people know their effectivness and
have known it for ages, why shouldn't we
use it for our benefit?

I'm sorry I haven't been here lately,
everyone. (although I probably just bore
you guys anyway...sorry, I mean I probably
just seem like another stupid,
self-absorbed little teenage brat). I have
approximately one month to lift my
TERRIBLE grades up for school, and add to
the HIV and thryoid test results on the
10th...That is REALLY driving me
nuts...I'm just overloaded with anxiety
and depression, which makes it hard to
focus on anything or talk to anyone...
Sorry you guys...I love you all and I have
NOT forgotten about any of you!!!!
Love,
MA

MA who cares for one another. It is
always good to know what is going on with
you. The very fact that you are on
eHealth Forum shows that you care and want
a healthy lifestyle.
Good luck on your tests on the 10th. We

Homerx,
At the office they were laughing at me. I
could hardly walk. I tried to run to work
but it was not happening. I was late. No
high heels for me.
Thanks for your kind words.
Today I haven't skip rope. I will do it
right away because I read somewhere that
you were inspired mbae me. You inspire
me, I inspire you. Ok. Rope skipping.
6:21pm...6:23 pm I am back. It only takes
two minutes of my life to do a hundred
jumps on that rope. I didn't know that.
I haven't done my smudge today. I will
get to it right away. 6:25pm...6:27pm.
Another two minutes. I am going to devote
the first five minutes of the day doing
meditation, smudge and skipping rope.
Then I can have breakfast and some
computer time and go on with the day from
there. I can change my life in a second.
Internet is back and we also have cable.
I was upstairs watching Dr Phil and Oprah.
I am that kind of a girl. I am going to
change my timetable around. The present
timetable I started five days after
joining here but things have changed now
like TV is a big deal. No more boredom
that is for sure. I have grown since the
last timetable.
Thanks for being there for me.
Glad to hear that your arm is getting
better. May you heal completely. I am
glad you had time to recuperate. Very
important.
My brother Kenneth was asking me if I am
loaded financially. In those words.
He then explained that he needed about $50
Canadian to apply for a passport. He is
trying to go to Britain. I was going to
say flat out no then one of my cards
increased my limit mbae $1000. Then phone
rang and it was the AIDS office. They
wanted me to do a presentation up island
on the 11th of this month. The pay $25
per presentation. If I do the
presentation, I will send him the money.
I think there are two presentations.
People in Kenya do not understand that one
can be poor abroad. I know that I cannot
give what I do not have. Like giving from
credit no matter who much an increase in
limit one gets. Even my mother told me
that. You
have to take care of yourself
first, she said.
Transportation may be a problem to go to
up island but I am praying to God that it
all works out. I leave everything to God
in prayer. A little money here goes a
long ways there. I am counting on those
presentations so please pray that I am
able to attend. It is a Friday so I must
be back to town for my shift at the club.
Love,
Mson.

Miss Anonymous,
You are not boring and as Bobbie has said,
we are a caring family. Do you pray?
Meditate? I taught some children in a
school and two of them told me that my
late daughter was their invisible friend.
Maybe you can have an invisible friend and
talk to him or her. It is like praying.
Talking to the invisible.
Prayer has helped me since the beginning
of last year. I just talk about my family,
my parents, those who have gone before us,
forum members, immigration, my friends.
From my heart to God's. Or whatever you
perceive IT to be.
I pray for you daily but Sunday when I
rest and reflect on the week.
Always nice to hear from you.
Love always.

Hello all my friends...geez, what a night!
Chache is still keeping me up with her
wanting to go out and eat and the
puppies... I don't feel like I
even slept last night!!
Mson, that is very sweet of you to take
your hard earned $$ and give to your
brother...that is if you can do it. If you
cant afford it then don't do it. You cant
cut your self short. Make sure you take
care of you and BH before you try to give
$$ to others. If you can afford it then
fine but don't do it if it is going to be
a hardship on you.
Bobbie, you are right. God put those herbs
and plants on this planet to help us. The
Republican Right can be such rigid
people..that is what bugs me about them.
It isn't enough to control there own
lives, they have to control ours also!
P.S. Today is Doris Days 84th birthday. I
met her one time in Carmel By The Sea, you
probably know where that is, Bobbie, down
by Monterey...anyway, I met her at
Albertsons Grocery Store and she was so
sweet to me. So Happy Birthday Doris...she
is my favorite actress of all time. ..and
she was good friends with Rock Hudson, one
of my heroes!

Sorry you have not had much sleep. It is
the joy of parenthood. Poor Ricky.
Thanks very much Homerx for your advice.
I even remember my mother telling me that
my beloved husband is more family to me
than them.
Did I tell you? I called my mother the
other day and she said she had tea cooking
and so gave the phone to my father. Then
after a while I asked if Mami was ready to
talk on the phone and she came on and said
she was doing dishes. She did mention
that she is raising commercial chicken.
Then she gave the phone to a neighbour who
was complaining about the financial
situation at his home. They think abroad
means money. I told him I will be praying
for him. Is all I can do.
I don't know when I will call my mother
again. I will continue to pray for her
that her heart may be healed completely.
I have to mbae $5 calling cards to call
and then I get this kind of treatment? I
can use the 5$ to do something else. Like
mbae fruit.
This morning I woke up well. Beautiful
day that the Lord has made. I did my
meditation, skipped rope and did the
smudge. I arranged that last night as I
was typing my above post. I have had
cereal. Since the 25th of February 2008,
I have been having breakfast. Before
that, rarely. I was so bad before when I
was taking morning medication I would take
the meds with one miserable sip of water.
I was in bad shape. I would not eat lunch
only dinner and even then no appetite.
Now things have changed and I thank
EHealth forum, you, Bobbie and others.
Now that I have found you through Ehealth
forum my life has improved and I
have more people to pray for. The law of
attraction is real.
I have to start getting ready to go to the
MJ club for work.
Thanks for your advice. It is true I
cannot give what I don't have. I thought
the increase in credit meant I have more
money but it only means I have more
credit. That is not money, that is debt
about to happen. I am not going to borrow
so that I can send to him. I worked very
hard while in Kenya to earn a living and
he is a man, he can work twice as hard.
And he is not a single parent. These are
the things I think about when I hear "Are
you loaded financially."
Gotta get ready fast.
Love
Mson.

Another day down. Posted: 04-04-08 00:31am
I remembered
to light the candle this morning. For
God, Jesus, Holy Spirit. Those who have
died before us, those who have died from
AIDS and homicide...
Work was excellent. My friend Steve quit
working there. The boss said I am number
two counting the oldest people there. I
always pray to God as I go to work that I
may perform well. I want to work there
for as long as the government is looking
the other way. The MJ club
I went to the labyrinth and prayed for
family and friends. I wonder how Bobbie
is doing. I was going to PM her then I
thought I might be intruding.
From the labyrinth I went to the market
and got pineapple juice and kitty litter
stuff. I met with a friend called Nancy.
She has not found a place to live but she
is in a hotel. She was crying saying she
has nothing to wake up to. That is sad.
I told her that I will be praying for her.
I have already started praying for her.
I pleaded with her not to lose hope.
Tears were just falling. Poor lady.
She reminded me that I have something to
wake up to. Very fortunate to have my
beloved husband and a cat Gandalf to wake
up to. I like waking up to myself as
well. She really made me think. I thank
God that I love life enough to get out of
bed.
From there as I was about to enter the
Shoppers Drug Mart, a man from the club
said hey. I said God is good and he said
that God is good all the time. Then he
said that we not only live in Canada, but
we live in the best part of Canada. Again
this man made me think. How did a
miserable girl like me get here from
Kenya? It is God. Thanks Jesus. It
humbles me that I am here. There is a
song that says, Njisu, Baba uhunio, waku nduri
mihaka It is my language Gikuyu
saying Jesus your healing has no
boundaries. Very true.
I am enjoying fresh water my drink of
choice for the night. Yummy.
Came home and had lunch. Beloved husband
wanted me to do something for him and I
asked if he could wait because I wanted to
watch Oprah and then the news. I had seen
a news preview that there was a pregnant
man in the world. I wasn't going to miss
that for the world. So nice to have
cable. Last time I had cable was in 2001.
So when I went to watch Oprah, it was the
story of the pregnant man. Born as a
girl, breasts were removed but the
reproductive organs were left intact by
choice. Through artificial insemination,
he got pregnant. He is six months
pregnant and carrying a baby girl. This
is a second pregnancy. The first one
failed. But that did not stop Nancy and
Thomas.
There was no point watching the news and
so I did what my beloved husband
wanted...hot passionate love... in the
day!

YEAH! It is Friday and I am so
glad...Ricky will be home this weekend and
he can take care of all these dogs for a
while. They are wearing me out.
Too many!!!!
It rained again last night...ug! I hate driving
Ricks pick up when it has been raining. I
prefer my little car. Oh well, I have to
go to the store and here and there so I
guess I better get to it...I don't feel
like going anywhere today with the weather
like it is...maybe I will have a cup of
coffee first and see what the weather is
going to do. If it continues to be nasty
out then I will wait and go tomorrow,
although I wanted to go by the doctors
office and they are closed tomorrow! I guess I better
just have my coffee and then shower and go
and get it over with....
talk to you later....Mscon glad you and BH
had a HOT night!!

ONE
One song can spark a moment,
One flower can wake the dream.
One tree can start a forest,
One bird can herald spring.
One smile begins a friendship,
One handclasp lifts a soul.
One star can guide a ship at sea,
One word can frame the goal
One vote can change a nation,
One sunbeam lights a room
One candle wipes out darkness, One laugh
will conquer gloom.
One step must start each journey.
One word must sta t each prayer.
One hope will raise our spirits; One touch
can show you care.
One voice can speak with wisdom,
One heart can know what's true,
One life can make a difference, You see,
it's up to you!
If you look at what you do not have in
life, you don't have anything,
If you look at what you have in life, you
have everything.. .

It is a lot of work
to take care of puppies. All that
cleaning up can get to you. Don't worry
Homerx, when they are gone you will miss
them and then you will get over it.
You guys are lucky to have a car and a
truck. We have four feet between us and a
bus pass each. Neither I nor Beloved
husband (BH) knows how to drive.
Hope you enjoy your cup of coffee and do
today what you would have done tomorrow.
My (BH) is taking me out for coffee (I
actually don't drink coffee) but will have
tea or something. It is a new coffee shop
he has discovered. He loves his espresso.
You make me laugh Homerx .
Could not wait to get to the computer this
morning. I wasn't sure anybody would have
commented on the love thing
but you did. I love you -

Well, it is raining way to hard to go
anywhere. I called Rick at work and told
him that I would go tomorrow, I am afraid
to drive in the poring rain...
But thats OK, Ricky can watch the dogs and
puppies tomorrow and that will give me a
break. I will take my time and enjoy
shopping alone.
Yes, Mson, I know what you mean about no
car. When I lived in the City I did not
have a car and did not need a car. I got
around on cable cars, subway, trolley cars
and buss...no need for a car but out here
in the middle of nowhere you must have a
car because there is no mass transit to
rely on.
Anyway, I better get to cleaning this
house since I will be staying home all
day. Talk to you soon.
Love,homer

And I never thought I'd feel this way
And as far as I'm concerned
I'm glad I got the chance to say
That I do believe I love you
And if I should ever go away-ay
Well then close your eyes and try
Feel the way we do today
And then if you can remember
Keep smilin', keep shinin'
Knowin' you can always count on me-ee, for
sure
That's what friends are for
For good times and bad times
I'll be on your side forever more-ore
That's what friends are for
Well you came and opened me
And now there's so much more I see
And so by the way I thank you
Woh, and then for the times when we're
apart
Well then close your eyes and know
The words are comin' from my heart
And then if you can remember
Oh-oh, keep smiling, keep shining
Knowing you can always count on me, for
sure
That's what friends are for
In good times, in bad times
I'll be on your side forever more
Oh-oh, that's what friends are for,
oh-oh-oh
Woh-oh-oh, keep smilin', keep shinin'
Knowin' you can always count on me, for

That's what friends are for-or-or-or
For good times and bad times
I'll be on your side forever
more-ore-ore-ore-ore
That's what friends are for-or-or-or-or
Keep smilin', keep shinin'
Knowin' you can always count on me, that's
for sure
'Cause I tell ya, that's what friends are

Great music. Thanks very much. I enjoyed
listening to every word. That's what
friends are for.
I am glad you did not risk going out in
that rain if you are not comfortable..
Does Ricky have your car? You are right
about being in the city without a car. No
sweat. Sometimes I feel like we are left
behind but you put me straight. We don't
need a car in the city. Everywhere we
need to go is within walking distance and
otherwise we can take a bus. You are a
wise and good man Homerx.
We have been to coffee. I had a hot
chocolate and a bread type of thing which
I cannot spell. Croissant? They had
creatively put a leaf on the hot chocolate
but I told my beloved husband (BH) that it
was a vulva. We
laughed so hard. I am a naughty girl when
I want to be.
From there we went to the post office to
pay our PO Box. It is now up to over $200
for a year. We used SAN FAN's credit to
pay it off. Then I went to the tailor's
while BH went to mbae some cords for the
computer. I went to pick BH's pants which
needed repair in the pockets. Four
pockets cost around $30 in total. I told
him this is the last time I going to the
tailor's with those pants. I have been
there once before. That time he wanted
the pockets to be made deep. This time
the pockets that were made deep were torn.
It is too expensive and I think it is
better to mbae new pants.
When I walked outside of the tailor's, I
saw Jeremiah. He has been my friend since
the beginning of 2000. We were
remembering how skinny he used to be. He
is a big guy now and he says it is because
of God. I told him how God has helped me
too. I no longer worry about yesterday or
tomorrow, I am just happy to be in the
present. He too has bi polar and is
taking epival for it. I really enjoyed
talking to Jeremiah and then I came home
to find that BH was already home.
Homerx, it is my day to clean as well. I
am going to get to it right away.
Have a blessed day and thanks again for
the song Family Vision - Dionne Warwick &
Friends

I really enjoyed that song and I will
listen to it again tonight. It tells me
to keep smiling. I like that. It is
telling you to keep smiling...it tells
Bobbie to keep smiling...telling Miss
anonymous to keep smiling. Can't beat
that.
You gave me inspiration to clean my dear.
I started with the bathroom, did the tub,
the toilet and the sink. Then I washed
the few dishes that were there and swept
and cleaned the kitchen floor. Then I
washed the bathroom floor and it was time
to vacuum. I will dust tomorrow. The
hard part is over.
How much did you get done? With the
puppies it must be hard to get much done.
Hang in there kido, it will get easier.
It is 2:00pm here. I am heading to work
soon. I will smoke my first J for the day
and put myself together for work. I will
go mbae the salvation army to drop off
those high heeled boots and a lotion that
I won't use. Too much scent. Mother in
law bought it for me for Christmas. Oh
well.
I will spend sometime watching the daily
show with my beloved husband. Then I will
be off to work. On second thoughts, I
will go mbae the salvation army on Monday.
I will go through our clothes to find out
what else we can donate...
Long live Homerx

Your e mails
always leave me with a smile..
I did laundry, swept and moped, took out
the trash, emptied the dish washer, fed
all the dogs and myself, had chicken and
rice soup with crackers...yumm...its
raining here and chicken and rice soup
warms me up...comfort food. Lets see, what
else? I made the bed, cleaned the
bathroom, floor, toilet and tub and
counter...I didn't walk on the treadmill
today yet...how about this...if I walk an
extra 10 minutes a day, you jump rope for
120 instead of 100...is that a deal? Can
you do that? If not then thats ok..I
usually walk for 20 minutes and lift
weights for how ever long until my arms
are burning...I need to jump rope too...I
loved doing that when I was a kid, maybe I
will by a jump rope! Its good for the
heart...see, you inspired me, Mson...!
we work well
together!
maybe I will stop for today and role a J
for myself and watch a
movie and take it EZ the rest of the day.
I think I have done enough chores..of
course the J will make me hungry and thats
good, I could eat since I only had soup. I
think Ricky is bringing home Chinese food,
lemon chicken...yummm OK, I guess I will
find a movie to watch...
Keep smiling
keep shining

Hi, I Am Still Here Posted: 04-04-08 16:30pm
Yesterday was really hard as I finally got
back in touch with the window people. The
guy was so hateful. Just outright told me
they were not going to do anything about
the leaking french doors. Had to be
installation. Problem is they have
absolutely NO credibility. They always
make the same excuse. Blame the
contractor. Kind of put me off on my day.
I will have to decide what to do.
Love that love life of your's Mson and BH.
You are blessed.
Homer, you will be fine. You are in the
early stages of parenthood. They can keep
you up day and night. Take care,
Love,
Bobbie
