I have just discovered this community and i hope you guys can help me. Before of that, excuse my poor english

I explain my question:
Two days ago, i was walking with my woman, when an offender apeared and tried to steal my woman's bag, in the act i recieved a punch in the face (the left side). The day after i noticed that i had the down lip a bit bloated (nothing to worry about) but else i had the right ear like closed, i can hear but maybe a 60%. Now it's been 2 days and i'm starting to worry about.

Is this a transitory inflamation or can it be a worse situation.
