Hey girls,
i am soooooo mad right now I feel like im
about to freak! For the last few months
(since december I think) ive been buying
things for the apartment and now, I have
everything, and I mean everything! Downt
o the last measuring cup all the way up to
a couch and tv. Tim and I were sposed to
get our apartment in may but things
happened with his job so the lady told us
"okay we'll have one for u for june 1st"
so we have all the money and that, I took
my mat leave day (may 27th my last day
 hehe) and now tim
called the lady back today and she said
"oh sorry we have no openings for june...
We might have some for july, call us in a
couple weeks and we'll check" like,
what!!!! They told us we would have one
for june! Now it "might" be july?? I
cant rely on that! By the beginnin of
july, i'll be 35 and a half weeks (or 36
im not sure) and I doubt i'll be in a
position where I feel like moving a bunch
of crap and settin a buncha crap up. I
dont wanna wait till im 36 weeks to start
makin my babys nurssery, what if I got
into early labour like molly did and have
her at that time? I wouldnt be ready!
And also, we're not even positive now if
we'd even have one for july. God I feel
liek freaking out, everything is falling
apart! I dont even know what to do, I
feel like im not ready and im never going
to be. Sorry girls, I just needed to vent
before I burst out crying lol! Thanx for
listening

I'd call that lady and say "look, you were
suppose to have an apartment for us in may
and then you changed it to june. You
promised us an apartment in june and I
want it now!" if she gives you problems
ask to talk to her supervisor or the
apartment owner.
If none of this works then I guess try
looking for another apartment.
Im sorry though. That really stinks.

That sucks but you know what keep looking
for other places trust me you will find
one better. When jose and I were looking
for a place, we were ready to take
anything even though it was about 1050 a
month! Or even higher! And we were gonna
take it because we wanted a place but my
mom kept saying no! Just wait and
something else will come, so we finally
found a nice apartment with no trouble for
900 a month and we love it! So be patient
and check all your options ok!

I only pay 400 a month... And there are
alot lot cheaper, we have everything
included... Lol including cable... But
its only a 1 br but its big enough for the
baby til it gets big and starts running
around and crap. Then we can move out and
rent a 2 br for like 450-500 a month. Its
pretty cheap here...

Holy crap! Where do you people live?
For that amount you could buy a $200,000
house or more. That is just crazy.
I feel bad about complaining about the
$500 a month average in this area.

Ah come on. Why dont you wanna live in
the ghetto? J/k
i live in a rural area of pa. The "rich"
areas apartments are between
$600-$750/month. The houses that you can
rent are between $600-$900.
I bought my first trailer when I was 19 so
I didn't have to pay the rent. I just
could not see throwing away that much
money per month. My trailer payment and
lot rent totalled $290/ month. I had
utilities on top of that, but it was still
cheaper. And my trailer was sooo nice.
Three bedroom, huge kitchen and whatnot.
I sold it when I moved to myrtle beach.
Now I really wish I kept it.

Lol! Well the place we're getting was 600
a month including cable, hydro,
electricity and water... And theres this
otehr place thats the exact same but the
guy wont call us back and now we're
applying at another apartment complex for
about 630 a month including the same but I
really wanted that first one. Here theres
no ads in our newspaper about
apartments... U just gotta know where to
go and stuff (our newpaper is only like 4
or 5 pages long and the help wanted ads
are usually one column lol!) so we were
really hoping for that one place. My moms
callin that lady today to talk to her and
to tell her our situation and how we need
an apartment soon like she alreday said
we would get. I hope it all works out :s
lol!
