Around a month ago I started to get facial twitching/spazms, as well as severe fatigue. The twitches started off occuring once or twice a day but now they have been happening numerous times on the hour. As I am typing this I have experience two spazms already. My eyes feel dry and my face feels as if it is stiff. As for the fatigue, no matter how many hours of sleep I recieve at night, I alsways wake up feeling tired. I do not know if it has anything to do with it but I also have been feeling pain in my ears almost as if I have an ear infection but I dont. Im starting to get worried and if anybody could give me any suggestions, information or any idea what so ever on what I may have I would greatly appreciate it.
