Hi everyone. I have always been a stressed out person. I've really been trying to chill out and I had started taking zoloft, but I felt like I was getting really jittery and my heart was pounding. I stopped taking it after just a couple of days and now I feel like my heart is still pounding and now I feel a strong pulse in my stomach. I have read that you can have an aortic aneurysm! Now I'm really freaking out. I know that stress and anxiety can do things to your body and I will be turning 33 this month. After being stressed out for so long I figured I've probably done some terrible things to my body. I also am over weight and have acid reflux. Does anyone have any opinions or suggestions? Is an aortic aneurysm the only thing a strong stomach pulse can be? Or could it possibly be my anxiety again? I don't want to get back in the habit of going to the doctor about every little thing, again. Please help!
Thanks!

Yeah I have the same thing, I asked my parents and they just said it's probably a main artery or something. Mine only pounds hard when I push my fingers on it pretty roughly though.
