I found this pain bumps on my vagina. They
are hard smooth in feeling and hurts to
touch. They are on the lip and down by the
whole. They look like a cluster of pimples
but i haven't tried opening it and I am
going to start to put hot compress on it.
I am just concerned about what these
bumps could be. Some look white and some
are just red hard and hurt to touch. They
haven't crusted like Herpes and I don't
see a cauliflower like design on them and
they don't feel like warts. I was just
wondering what it could possibly be?

It is hard to give a proper diagnosis
without visually seeing the lesion.
According to the symptoms you report of
painful bumps on your vagina that look
like pimples, you could be experiencing
genital herpes. Maybe those pimples still
need time to crust? At any rate, for a
proper diagnosis you SHOULD visit your
gynaecologist. It's important enough to
schedule an appointment!
