Personally, if you haven't already, I would try other avenues. Once your foreskin is gone... it's gone. The decision is yours in the end, but there are other options that you might want to try before comitting to the big cut.

I have the same problem althought I am 21. What I usually do every day is stretch the tip of my foreskin daily. You can hold the stretch for about 3-5 minutes 2 times a day, and when you masturbate jerk your skin down so it can stretch out more. Try this for a month or 2 and see how that works. Im in the process of curing my phimosis.

yeah dont get a circumcision just stretch in the bath or use vaseline.. j/off a bit longer and spend time pulling your foreskin
