severe headache and twitching body

Yesterday. As I was leaving work around 4 ish. I noticed I had a slight headache. By the time I got home around 6ish (I did some errands between 4 and 6) my headache was alot more noticeable. At this extent I knew I had to lay down, in the dark, with no lights nothinig. So around 6:30 i finally layed down and by then It was a severe migraine. I awoke around 8 30 I believe and my migraine was worse. Not only that but while I was asleep, I was either quivering or shaking or something. So I did not get a very good sleep at all. 2 seconds after I had woken up I still had this shaking and the massive migraine to go alog with it. It was almost like my body was in a severe never ending twitch. I was not cold, I was wearing a good amount of clothing when I went to sleep. I felt very hot actually, and at times I thought I was going to faint. So this twitch remained for a 1 hr 1/2 maybe. As I sat in the basement my body just kept twitching, but I did not feel cold. Like I said I felt hot, even feverish. At this time, around 9:30 I took 2 tylenols, and around 10pm I went to lay down again. When I woke later the migraine had not gone away AT ALL!!!! So I just went right back to sleep, and when I woke up this morning I had a headache. So I have a couple questions. 1) Are the 2 related, the migraine and the twitching? 2) Why is it after taking 2 tylenols, they did nothing at all for the migraine, either did sleeping in the dark without lights. Which normally works for me after only 1 hr maybe. Just any insite at all would be greatly appreciated!!
