I have a similar issue to " Can't Cum" and it is really starting to piss me and my wife off. I can't cum when masterbating, by either myself or my wife doing it. I can't cum while she is giving my oral sex either. Now here lately I only cum every 4th or 5th time having regular sex. WHAT IS GOING ON!

if you can't come from penetrative sex, oral sex or a hand job then it is most likely being nervous with that person. but you can't come by masturbating on your own either? you should get this checked out by a doctor.
