I caught a virus from a friend last week.
I had the virus all week. My friends
symptoms were stuffy nose, sore throat,
postnasal drip, slight cough, body aches,
stuffy head, and low grade fever. My
symptoms were stuffy nose, sore throat,
stuffy head, postnasal drip,but I had a
really bad cough and lots of chest
congestion instead of the body aches my
friend had. Now my mom has it, and she
is exhibiting different symptoms also.
She has sore throat, earache, dry cough,
body aches, fever, and vomiting. Can the
same virus affect people in different
ways? And could that virus be recaught
from someone you infected?

Flu Posted: 04-13-04 00:39am
General symptoms of the flu:
"influenza (flu) begins abruptly, often
with a fever over 100°f (sometimes higher
in children and slightly lower in the
elderly). Other classic signs and
symptoms include dry cough, headache,
muscle pain, chills and/or sweats, sore
throat, and potentially severe, and
persistent discomfort and fatigue.
Sensitivity to light or other eye
problems, and gastrointestinal distress
may also be present.Symptoms may be severe
for up to 5 days, and may persist up to
two weeks"
not everyone may experience all of these
symptoms however. Yes it is possible for
you to re-catch a virus as viruses mutate
all the time, one of the reasons they are
so widespread and difficult to treat. The
same virus can infect people in different
ways yes as everyone reacts differently to
the infection and has different levels of
resistance.

I found that the best natural remedy
against flu and cold including respiratory
ailments is garlic and most of all aged
garlic!!!
Eat some garlic every day,
live your life in a healthy way! :)

What's This Aged Garlic Exactly? Posted: 01-31-05 07:58am
I've read about aged garlic somewhere else
but I newer knew what it is.
I have the flu now and i'd like to cure
myself naturally. So I drink a lot of tea
with honey, fruits etc... And i'd like to
try this aged garlic.

Aged Garlic! Posted: 02-01-05 05:36am
It is good indeed!
aged garlic is the extract of fresh, whole
garlic aged in alcohol. It contains all
of the natural goodness from whole fresh
garlic, and if administered correctly,
without the unpleasant aftertaste or
odor!
I have some pages that sell aged garlic:
edit
try it!!!

No Bad Breath? Posted: 02-04-05 07:09am
I read that aged garlic is perhaps the
best form for getting all the goodness
from garlic without bad breath. Is this
true?
Which is it that you recommend of these
pages?

Garlic also comes in the "odorless"
variety (ie. capsules) but I much prefer
the smell of garlic int he skin and breath
to meat. Yuk!
