last week i had gone to london to bike with a friend.
I myself am Bmx'er and i like doin stunts etc etc.
now what happened was, on the saturday i had tried a specificstunt which involed riding across a wall.
on my fourth attempt i had pushed my knee outwards sort of like that <
it didnt break luckily but did swell up very badly and it had clicked 3 times.
i went to the hospital and got an x-ray and results were ok, everything seemed ok.
just today my knee felt nice, and i went out biking, and my knee kind of like pushed out by a tad and clicked one but didnt hurt that much. i can still bend it and ride my bike.
but i dunno what to do help heal it, its still abit swollen.
i hope its not a permant injury to my knee or anything.
any tips help me knee recover would be excellant
(i am aware not biking is a good place to start for it to heal)

any information will help

lol yes, you probably want to stay off your knee for a while and not biking of course....if you are doing stunts you should be wearing knee guards I hope! If it doesn't hurt then that's a good sign.

I don't know if there is any permanent damage to your knee, but since you had x-rays done and they said everything is ok, then it probably is. You could have just strained things a bit. In regard to the swelling the best thing for it is cold soaks in water. Try doing it about three times a day. Even once a day will help if that's all you have time for. You can also put Epsom salts in the water to help speed the process.

Just try to get the water as cold as possible...ice isn't necessary.
