I had a late night last night only got 5 hours sleep, I didn't go out just watched a film with my girlfriend, then earlier today i fell asleep in bed but just as i was about to fall asleep i heard this really loud ringing noise in my ears and i could also hear the t.v on downstairs and i could think in my head like i was still awake but I could not move and i was trying to get out of bed and nothing happened then I suddenly woke up. At first i thought it was a dream but i fell asleep again 2 minutes later and it happened again but i could hear my mum and dad talking downstairs but i still could not move. I'm 19 and never experienced any thing like this before.

I wouldn't be too concerned over it, given your situation...If your sleep cycle is disrupted, there's no telling what might happen...Paralysis during sleep is a normal occurance. It is how your brain protects your body from acting out your dreams. People who talk/walk in their sleep or even suffer from paralysis when waking up, usually has some form of sleep disorder that causes the mechanism to malfunction. Being overly tired, might have triggerd the mechanism to mis-behave in your case...
