I have a small amount of red bumps that started out small but now have increased in size. and then I discovered a cluster of them on my back. Not sure what it is. It did not itch, but if i press on the bumps it hurts. I thought it may be bug bites but there r no bugs...what can this be?

Red flea looking bites that don't itch what r they?
I have had bumps on my back stomch and chest that I thought a first to be flea bits. But they have not gone away in over a week and some look like dry. They do not itch or bother me at all they just r all over!!! What is this? And also I ran fever for three days last weekend and sometime after that I noticed them.
