Ive had this horrible paranoia from taking
pills and smoking green
and now for some reason when im talking to
my friends
im thinking to myself
'' should i look away now, am i staring
into his eyes ''
and when im walking down the street i keep
thinking to myself that people think im
crazy
is this just self consciousness?
plz help

It could be normal and you're just
thinking obsessive thoughts about it- I
often find that I don't know if I should
look directly at someone or away, or feel
uncomfortable looking people right in the
eyes. But I can be kind've shy. But it
could be something more, too.
you would have to talk to a psycholgist of
some sort to determine the extent of the
problem.

hi dude
i have the same problem, i used to do
pills and smoke the green but what i get
is exteme paranoia and i think everyone is
looking and talking about me. im ok with
the eye contact but i think people think
im crazy. do u drive?
