It could be any of those actually. Women can get pregnant right after quitting the pill, but also many women's bodies have a sort of readjustment spell to being off the hormones (kinda like your body is waking up and getting situated to doing it's own thing again - think being abruptly wakened from a good nap: groggy 
). So if you're not pregnant, expect your period to be a bit wonky for a while. Just pay attention to what's going on, and do some charting.
